Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.

  • Contact us at the email on your order confirmation to initiate a return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Personalized (laser-engraved) items are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Opened or used cartridge packs are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund.
