30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Zenstik. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.

Eligible for Return

• Unopened inhalers in original packaging
• Unopened refill cartridge packs
• Items received damaged or defective

Not Eligible for Return

• Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
• Items without original packaging
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@zenstik.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
